FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 43(JUD)                                  
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                
relating to the rights of victims of crimes and to criminal                    
administration, be taken up at this time.

43(JUD) was before the Senate in third reading on reconsideration.             
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be held on reconsideration to the May 7 calendar.
